Deep shampoo treatment of seats, carpets, mats, and trunk fabric using professional-grade cleaners to lift embedded dirt and restore a refreshed look and feel. Targeted stain removal & interior de-odorizing, treating visible marks and neutralizing odors at their source rather than masking them with fragrance. Rubber floor mats professionally power-washed to strip away road grime, salt residue, and buildup, then dried and reset. Precision wipe-down of door jambs, dashboard, center console, steering column, and storage compartments to eliminate dust, fingerprints, and grime. Detailed cleaning of door panels focusing on handles, trims, and storage pockets for a uniform finish throughout. Steam sanitization of high-contact areas — including dashboard, console, cup holders, buttons, and air vents — to disinfect and break down built-up grime in tight crevices that traditional cleaning cannot reach.
Cancellation Policy
1. Vehicle Requirements Your vehicle must be roadworthy, insured, and safe to drive. It should have functioning brakes, lights, wipers, and enough fuel for the pick-up and return trip. If additional fuel is required to safely move the vehicle, this cost may be added to the final bill. If the vehicle is unsafe to operate, we may decline the service. 2. Pre-Inspection Before driving your vehicle, we will take quick photos or videos of its current condition to record any existing scratches, dents, stains, tears, or dashboard lights. This documentation protects both you and our business. 3. Personal Belongings Please remove all valuables before pick-up. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. 4. Liability We are not responsible for mechanical issues, warning lights, or failures that occur during normal operation. Any concerns about damage must be reported immediately upon vehicle return, before the car is driven again. 5. Access & Parking Customers must provide clear access to the vehicle at the scheduled pick-up time. For condo or apartment buildings, visitor parking or entry instructions must be arranged in advance. Any parking fees or access-related delays may affect service start or return times. 6. Weather & Safety Severe weather—such as snow, ice, or unsafe road conditions—may require rescheduling. Deposits will be moved to the new date if this occurs. 7. Cleaning Limitations Some deep stains, odors, or long-term wear may not be fully removable. We always aim for the best possible results but will not use unsafe or overly aggressive methods that may damage your vehicle’s materials.
