Cancellation Policy

1. Plan Duration All yearly plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Services must be used within this period and cannot be carried over to the following year. 2. Service Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Yearly plan customers receive priority booking since these plans are designed for ongoing maintenance. 3. Missed or Unused Services Unused washes or services do not roll over, accumulate, or convert to credit or refunds. Missed months are considered forfeited. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will count as one used service from the plan. 5. Refund Policy Yearly plans are refundable only if the customer chooses to cancel the plan early. A 20% penalty fee of the total plan cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion only. 6. Vehicle Changes Plans are tied to one specific vehicle. Switching vehicles is not allowed unless approved in advance (e.g., vehicle sale or total loss). 7. Service Limitations Each plan includes only the services listed. Upgrades, add-ons, or heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive salt, pet hair, stains, mud, or neglect) may require additional fees. 8. Weather & Safety Conditions In extreme weather (heavy snow, ice, storms, heat waves), appointments may need to be rescheduled for safety reasons. This does not extend the plan duration. 9. Payment Terms Full payment is required at purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. Discounted yearly pricing applies only when purchased as a full plan.
